Money has been crucial to Manchester City success, especially after it was bought by an Abu Dhabi consortium in 2008.
When entering the Ataturk Stadium field, City already holds the team with the most expensive capitalization value in the world. Haaland cs is estimated to be worth 1.1 billion US dollars or almost half the value of the Inter squad which is “only” 581 million US dollars.
City’s players are proving themselves that their high prices are in line with their performance on the gridiron, even in his first season, Haaland, who was bought from Borussia Dortmund for US$64 million, scored 52 goals, the most of any European footballer this season.

In contrast, Guardiola is the right person who can correlate money with success, even though he had to wait seven years to bring City to its first Champions League title.
His third success in this elite European competition after twice leading Barcelona to win the Champions League, makes Gaurdiola worthy of being called the brain of all City’s success.
He is the first male soccer manager in Europe to create a treble twice, after the 2008/2009 season also successfully presented the treble for Barcelona.
