Hajj Candidate from North Padang Lawas Passed Away at Medan Hajj Dormitory

JABAR EKSPRES – Mangaraja Buaya Harahap Bin H. Abdul Manan Harahap (90), a hajj candidate for flight group (Kloter) 21 of Medan Embarkation with manifest number 237 from North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra, passed away at the Medan Hajj Dormitory, Tuesday (6/13), at around 11.15 WIB.

Hajj candidate Mangaraja has an address in Hutanopan, Padang Bolak Julu, Portibi, North Padang Lawas (Paluta).

“Hajj candidate Mangaraja passed away at the Medan Hajj Dormitory while going to rest,” said Medan Embarkation Hajj Public Relations Officer, HM Yunus.

Yunus said the cause of Mangaraja’s death was cardiovascular disease, and he was taken to his hometown in Padang Bolak, Paluta Regency for burial.

“The candidate who died departed with his wife Maylan Siregar, with manifest number 238,” Yunus said.

Previously, a hajj candidate who joined Kloter 12 Embarkation Medan from Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, died at the Medan Hajj Dormitory on Sunday (6/4).

The candidate was Habibah Binti Saleh (59) manifest number 069 whose address is Dusun I, Klambir V, Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra.

Information from the health doctor of Kloter 12 Embarkation Medan Muhammad Rifai Barus Bin Mahmudin Barus, hajj candidate Habibah is suspected of having a heart attack.

Of all the hajj candidates, this is the first time a hajj candidate in 1444 H has died at the Medan Embarkation Hajj Dormitory.
