JABAR EKSPRES – Former Real Madrid player who now defends Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, Karim Benzema was hit by a sloping issue. Reportedly, he was disliked by the coach, Nuno Espirito Santo.
Launching from Aawsat_Spt (Saudi Arabian Media), the Portuguese coach said that Karim Benzema’s playing style did not match his playing scheme. In addition, he also never asked to bring the French national to come to Al Ittihad. Nuno Espirito Santo also said Karim Benzema was disrespectful for asking for the captain’s armband in front of other players. The coach, of course, rejected the request, saying senior players such as Romarinho (Brazil) and Ahmed Sharahili (Saudi Arabia) were more worthy of leading the team. Despite Karim Benzema’s wealth of experience and achievements, it seems that the coach does not think that is enough.
