So far, many have assumed that toll road construction fully uses government funds.
However, Jusuf dismissed this response.
According to him, many toll roads are built in collaboration between the government, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and the private sector.
“So, there is no government money. That’s a lie. This is a collaboration between the government, BUMN, and the private sector,” he said.

“If people criticize the government, they are wrong. This is a form of the private sector doing their part for the country,” he concluded.
