The referee assessor participants have passed the selection held by PSSI in July. With this training, it is hoped that the referee assessors will play an important role in improving quality, leadership, and minimizing errors from referees and assistant referees.
Referee assessor training focuses on two main points, namely evaluation and analysis of the performance assessment of referees and assistant referees in the League 1 until week 11. They are also prepared to assess referees who will serve in the League 2 on 2023-2024.
In this program, PSSI invited FIFA instructor, Mohamad Rodzali from Malaysia. Meanwhile, for other refereeing development activities, PSSI also involves Yoshimi Ogawa, who currently serves as vice chairman of the PSSI Referee Committee and another FIFA instructor from Malaysia, Subkhiddin.
