JABAR EKSPRES – PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) is showcasing the Daihatsu VIZION-F concept electric car, a commercial vehicle for logistics activities, at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2023, ICE BSD, Tangerang.
“The Daihatsu VIZION-F concept electric car is a BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) concept car that can be a new mobility solution in a variety of usage activities,” said PT ADM President Director Yasushi Kyoda in a press release, Tuesday (8/15).
The Daihatsu VIZION-F concept electric car takes its platform base from the GranMax car, which is converted from an internal combustion engine to an electric vehicle.
As the name implies, VIZION-F is designed with the concept of Vision, Zero Emission and Futuristic, Functional, Fun, and Friendly. The name describes an environmentally friendly future car that can support community activities, both for business and personal use.

The Daihatsu car is also suitable for various usage activities such as rescue units, food trucks, camping grounds, and official or operational vehicles that can provide emergency electricity supply to electric vehicles.
In terms of overall design, Daihatsu VIZION-F adopts a stylish and futuristic concept that can be seen from the dominant colors of silver and gray, plus electric yellow color accents on the car body which represent electric vehicles. The design of the front bumper and rear door is equipped with a digital layer that makes it look futuristic, plus the design of 16-inch alloy wheels.
On the interior side, the BEV concept car design appears modern thanks to the digital dashboard design, starting from the 8-inch cluster meter layer plus a touch screen panel in the middle of the 15.6-inch dashboard.
The Daihatsu VIZION-F concept electric car uses a battery with a capacity of 28 kWh and an electric motor with a power of 35 kW. The concept electric car is claimed to be able to travel around 200 km with a maximum speed of 100 kilometers / hour.
