Ilham Djaya emphasized that the anticipatory steps taken by the Palembang Immigration Office are a form of support from the ranks of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in order to prevent migrant workers from becoming victims of TPPO abroad.
“I encourage Palembang Immigration Office officers who conduct passport application services to continue to be selective in issuing immigration documents but remain humane,” he said.
