JABAR EKSPRES – The defendant Donald Amrullah underwent a hearing at the Tanjungkarang District Court in Bandarlampung in relation to fraud in the procurement of equipment at the Village Empowerment and Community Development Office (PMD) of East Lampung Regency.
The defendant, who is the Director of CV Dani Putra, was charged with defrauding the PMD Office’s smart village project for 100 independent villages in East Lampung Regency.
“Today’s trial we present three witnesses, including two village heads and one head of the PMD Office,” said Lampung Attorney General Tri Joko Sucahyo during the trial at the Tanjungkarang District Court, Bandarlampung, Monday (6/5).
He continued that the three witnesses were Marsono as the Sekampung village head, Sukiman as the Sidodadi village head, and Yudi Irawan as the head of East Lampung PMD.

At the hearing, the prosecutor questioned the letter signed by witness Yudi Irawan as the Head of PMD who was given to the defendant to run the smart village project.
“That is not true, I never signed and stamped the letter given to the defendant,” said witness Yudi.
During the hearing, the judge led by Samsumar Hidayat requested that the witness Yudi report the defendant for falsifying a letter belonging to a government agency.
“If the witness feels that he did not sign the letter, is he prepared to report the defendant to the police for forgery,” the judge asked.
During the trial, the witness Yudi, who is the Head of East Lampung PMD, said that he did not want to report the defendant for forging his signature and stamp.
“I haven’t thought about it yet,” he said.
Based on information circulating, the witness Yudi as Head of PMD had received a deposit of Rp25 million in the form of holiday allowance (THR) and television by the defendant. However, when confirmed, he denied that he never received money and a television from the defendant.
