The PORSI Chairperson hopes that the Indonesian Roundnet National Team will get the best results, although he realizes that opponents from neighboring countries have equal and heavier abilities because some of them have participated in the World Cup.

“So indeed the level may be higher, but the hope is that with this in addition to the national team, roundnet will develop quickly, be better known by the wider community, more attractive to be played by anyone in Indonesia,” he said.

Over the past three years, Genta has seen the public’s interest in exploring roundnet sports begin to be felt, as seen from the emergence of communities in the regions.

The Bali International Roundnet Festival is also an additional portfolio for PORSI so that their goal of presenting roundnet in the National Sports Week (PON) and being present in school extracurricular activities is realized.

“We as an association will register this with the central KONI as a new sporting achievement. Our target is that in 2028 in PON NTB and NTT it will be competed,” said Genta.
