JABAR EKSPRES – Chinese stocks opened lower in early Thursday trading, trending further lower after ending flat a day earlier with the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s leading indicator, the Shanghai Composite Index slipping 0.12 percent to trade at 3,185.42 points.
Meanwhile, the Shenzhen Component Index tracking stocks on China’s second bourse also opened 0.16 percent lower to trade at 10,909.08 points.

The ChiNext Index, which tracks shares of emerging companies or start-ups on China’s Nasdaq-style trading board, opened 0.15 percent lower to trade at 2,178.88 points.
The ChiNext Index, along with the Shenzhen Component Index and other indices, reflects the performance of stocks listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
