JABAR EKSPRES – PT Bio Farma (Persero) revealed that Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE), Erick Thohir, appointed Shadiq Akasya as Bio Farma’s new President Director, replacing Honesti Basyir who was appointed as Telkom’s Group Business Development Director.

“In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma Number: SK-110/MBU/06/2023 dated June 5, 2023 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma,” Bio Farma Corporate Secretary R Rifa Herdian said in a statement in Jakarta, Wednesday (6/7).

He said in the decree, the SOE Minister appointed new names as members of the Board of Directors of PT Bio Farma, namely Shadiq Akasya as President Director, Kamelia Faisal as Marketing Director, and Iin Susanti as Production and Supply Chain Director.

Shadiq Akasya previously served as President Director of BNI Life, Kamelia Faisal was previously Director of Sales & Marketing at PT Indofarma Tbk, and Iin Susanti was previously Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Performance Control.

The Minister of SOEs also determined the transfer of assignments as members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma, namely Yuliana Indriati, originally as Director of Research and Business Development to become Director of Business Development, and Sri Harsi Teteki, originally as Director of Institutional Relations to become Medical Director and Institutional Relations.

In addition, Bio Farma also announced changes in the composition of the company’s commissioners, in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma Number: SK-111/MBU/06/2023 Regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Bio Farma.
