JABAR EKSPRES – Zendaya agreed to a massive deal for a million dollar per episode in Euphoria. The star previously offered for $850,000 but re-negotiated to one million dollar worth of acting.
Euphoria is an HBO hit series started airing on the platform since June 16, 2019. Until now, it had 2 seasons and planning to move to the third season with Zendaya back as Rue Bennett.
Despite all the hype and success, it was recently revealed that the third season of the series has not yet begin filming until later months of 2023.
Zendaya’s impressive mark of $1 million dollar per episode caught fans attention as the star was previously paid with only $50.000 for the first season. Although on the second season, she was paid for $500.000 per episode.
The actress has always made a remarkable acting throughout her movies. She worked with Tom Holland for the Spider-Man MCU, and in the sci-fi movie ‘Dune’. Which she starred along with Timothee Chalamet.
HBO is extremely confident for having Zendaya lead their largest project. She has a key role to the series and the way that her character connects with fans.
Although, there are other actors in the spotlight. Such as Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elrodi, the MJ actress remains in the series throne.
Her fame and the series popularity made it easy for her to aim for higher price when negotiating with HBO. She has absolutely shown everyone that her presence is of importance to the show. Therefore, the studio willing to pay her more cash and still be happy about it.
