JABAR EKSPRES — Dozens of Central Jakarta Satpol PP Srikandi personnel carried out security from public peace and order (trantibum) disturbances in the Tanah Abang Market area, ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijri.
Central Jakarta Satpol PP First Expert Functional Position, Sefri Desvira said, the involvement of Srikandi Satpol PP was aimed to deliver persuasive messages to Tanah Abang Market traders if they violated the rules.
“In all activities, Satpol PP Srikandi is involved, the goal is to prioritize humanity and deliver messages persuasively,” she said in Jakarta, Monday (4/17).
Desvira hopes that through the appeal of the Srikandi Satpol PP, traders can sell goods in their place and restore the function of the sidewalk for pedestrians.

Commemorating Kartini Day which falls on April 21, Vira emphasized that women should not be afraid. Professions and duties, according to her, must still be carried out like RA Kartini who has fought for the emancipation of women.
“Friends, don’t feel inferior, basically we women also have the same strength,” she said.
In this security, at least 30 City Level Action Team personnel were deployed to Tanah Abang Market, consisting of 20 male and 10 female personnel.
At the Central Jakarta City level alone, there are around 50 Srikandi personnel who are ready to carry out tasks humanistically and persuasively.
In total, approximately 100 joint personnel from Satpol PP and the Transportation Sub-Department are on guard at every point in the Tanah Abang Market area.
