Ambassador Owen said both Indonesia and the UK have shared experiences and expertise with each other on carbon pricing through technical assistance, capacity building and knowledge exchange.

“The first year of the partnership has already seen significant results, in supporting Indonesia to build the database for its carbon pricing policy and achieve key milestones such as establishing a carbon floor price. We look forward to continuing to support Indonesia’s Net Zero ambitions in the years ahead,” Ambassador Owen said.
