Artificial Intelligence Can Drive the Company’s Business Development

Jabar Ekspres – A recent report released by Accenture found that the presence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology can develop the company’s business towards a new future when the physical and digital worlds are increasingly united.

The Accenture Technology Vision 2023 report entitled “When Atoms Meet Bits: The Foundation of Our New Reality” explains how technology trends underlying the convergence of the physical and digital worlds coincide with the growing number of companies looking to accelerate their business change today.

According to the report, 100 percent of business executives in Indonesia agree that companies need a more systematic way to manage the responsible use of new technologies.

The emergence of AI technologies such as ChatGPT has turned the world’s attention to the potential of generative AI to enhance human workability.

In light of this, Accenture’s report shows that 99 percent of executives in Indonesia agree that the development of generative AI such as ChatGPT opens up a new era for companies, and they expect the underlying model of AI to play an important role in their corporate strategy in the next three to five years.

“Our report reveals that almost all Indonesian executives (99 percent) agree that software and services powered by AI base models will significantly increase innovation and creativity in their organizations in the next 3 to 5 years. This finding further reinforces our belief in the critical role of generative AI as a foundational element of digital transformation,” Accenture Indonesia Country Managing Director Jayant Bhargava said in an official release received Monday.

The Accenture Technology Vision 2023 report identifies four key trends related to the presence of AI technology with corporate business development.

Digital identity, the ability to authenticate users and digital assets, which is the basis for navigating the digital and physical world, is now seen by 98 percent of executives in Indonesia as a must-do business strategy.
