JABAR EKSPRES – Equinara Horse Academy CEO and Secretary General of the Central Board of the Indonesian Equestrian Sports Association (PP Pordasi) Adinda Yuanita hopes that the winner of the Equinara Pulomas Open (EPO) 2023 can show consistency to be able to compete at the world level.
EPO 2023 has completed the competition for Class Show Jumping which rolled out at the Jakarta International Equestrian Park (JIEP), Pulomas, Jakarta, Saturday-Sunday (6/17/18). The event will continue on June 24-25 for Class Dressage or Tunggang Serasi.
The event, which rolled out to welcome DKI Jakarta’s 496th Anniversary (HUT), also received an assessment from the Federation Equestrian International (FEI) Jumping World Challenge as well as being a qualifying round for Jumping PON XXI/2024 Aceh-North Sumatra.
The Jumping World Challenge program is present every year and the program is focused on seeing the development of equestrian sports around the world, including Indonesia.

“So we are annually assessed by the FEI. There are three categories that are contested, namely category A, the highest is 120-130, category B is 110-120, and category C beginners,” Adinda said in a written statement in Jakarta on Monday (6/19).
“The winner of category A, he continued, will compete in the final and then be collected from all countries of the world and the host will be determined by the FEI, this year has not been determined, but definitely every year,” he added.
As for the PON 2024 qualification, there are 10 contingents participating. “But because this is the first qualifying round, so there are three contingents participating. Later the 2nd qualifying round will be at the National Championship in Jakarta on September 8-11,” said Adinda.
For Jumping World Challenge competition 1 with 2 round classes contested, the winner was Jovanka Nadya from Category C 100 – 110 cm, then second place was Arserl Rizki Brayudha, and third Reshwara Radinal.
