For information, GS initially departed from the hotel to Mount Agung at around 7.30 Wita yesterday, but in the afternoon the victim contacted his friend and informed him that he could not find the path to Pasar Agung Temple.
From the information collected by Basarnas Bali, the victim’s friend was contacted at around 7:30 pm so that the Joint SAR Team only started searching at night.
During the SAR operation, Basarnas Bali involved elements of the Karangasem Search and Rescue Post, Koramil 1623-6/Selat, Selat Police, BPBD Karangasem, PMI Karangasem, Mount Agung Guides and the local community.
