“So these stakeholders also need to protect the public by communicating such things,” he continued.
Likewise with financial service providers. According to him, financial service providers must also realize that fraudsters not only rely on technological weaknesses but also social engineering.
“The security system needs to be guaranteed by the bank. The bank also needs to explore the social aspects of the technology, what is the weakness of this (technology) when it is broken into using social aspects,” he said.
