JABAR EKSPRES — Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, stressed that Moscow would not allow a national investigation into the explosion that damaged the Nord Stream gas pipeline to “get out of hand”.
Lavrov said Russia was aware of the West’s ability to lie and inability to negotiate.
According to him, Western countries on the United Nations Security Council acted in a certain way and an impartial investigation into the Nord Stream case was not approved.

“Indeed, it was an interesting, instructive and informative spectacle of how Western countries evaded the (UN) Security Council meeting only to disagree with instructions to the secretary general to organize an impartial, objective and transparent investigation into a terrorist attack. which is clearly being done to the Nord Stream gas pipeline,”said Lavrov on Thursday (30/3) in a press conference with Nicaraguan Foreign Minister, Denis Moncada, in Moscow.
“Everyone knows that this was a terrorist attack,” he continued.
