As a form of seriousness in developing the potential of the halal sector, the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) has also included the Halal Industry Empowerment agenda in the National Industrial Policy (KIN) stipulated in Presidential Regulation number 74 of 2022 concerning the National Industrial Policy for 2020 – 2024.
Roger Luo encouraged halal product entrepreneurs to take advantage of online selling opportunities through digital platforms to reach new markets.
“With technological advances, online sales opportunities are now more accessible. We also encourage Indonesian entrepreneurs to take advantage of export opportunities available through digital platforms to expand into new markets,” said Roger Luo.
