According to him, this data was previously only partially touched, but with the Airport ID service and supported by advanced data analytics and AI, Soekarno-Hatta Airport can more thoroughly explore data for customer needs.

He continued, in line with AP II’s digital transformation, data collection can be done properly to be processed and analyzed with advanced data analytics and AI technology so as to bring information quickly with a very high level of accuracy.
“This helps Soekarno-Hatta Airport to make decisions quickly and precisely to continue to improve standards,” said Muhammad Awaluddin.
As for Traffic Movement Analytics, Soekarno-Hatta Airport can operate more efficiently which will have a very positive impact on stakeholders including airlines, and can also provide the best service to passengers based on existing travel data.
Then, Passenger Sentiment Analytics explores what priorities must be presented for services, operations and improved facilities for airplane passengers.
