Yassine Bono Officially Joins Al Hilal

JABAR EKSPRES – Sevilla FC goalkeeper Yassine Bono has officially joined Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal on a three-year contract until 2026.

The announcement of Bono’s inauguration was made at the Four Season Hotel George V, Paris, France, with Fahad Bin Saad Bin Nafel as club president.

“With a contract that runs until 2026. ‘Bono’ to (club) Asian leader,” wrote the club’s official Twitter on Friday.

Bono became the sixth top European player Al Hilal brought in after Kalidou Koulibaly (Chelsea), Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (Lazio), Ruben Neves (Wolverhampton Wanderers), Malcom (Zenit St. Petersburg), and Neymar (Paris Saint-Germain).

Footballer 32 that year will wear the jersey number 37 in the team based at the King Fahd International Stadium.

Bono started his football career at Moroccan club Wydad AC (2010-2012) with nine appearances and two clean sheets.

He then moved to Atletico de Madrid (2012-2016) and made 60 appearances with 14 cleansheets. During that period he was loaned out to Real Zaragoza (2014-2015) and while on loan, Bono made 38 appearances with 15 clean sheets.

The career of the man born April 5, 1991 then continued to Girona (2016-2019) and recorded 84 matches with 24 cleansheets.

Bono then played for Sevilla (2019-2023) and during his time at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, he played 141 games with 58 clean sheets and won the 2019/2020 and 2022/2023 Europa League.
