Jabar Ekspres – Chelsea FC player Mateo Kovacic has reportedly agreed to join 2022/2023 treble winners Manchester City this summer.
Reported by renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Croatian national team player has agreed to approve his move from City to Chelsea.
“Mateo Kovacic is joining Manchester City from Chelsea, the fee has been agreed and the deal is done, here we go!,” Romano wrote on Wednesday (21/6).
Romano said the move for the player who led Croatia to become 2018 World Cup runner-up, World Cup third place 2022, and UEFA Nations League runner-up 2023 it cost 30 million pounds.

Meanwhile, personal agreement between the footballer 29 that year and the club, Romano reported that it happened two weeks ago.
“The inter-club agreement has just reached a fee of £ 30 million. Personal terms were agreed two weeks ago, Kovacic only wants Man City,” continued Romano.
The 30-year-old man added that Kovacic’s medical test will be carried out in the next few days.

This agreement ends Kovacic’s career with the Blues which has lasted five seasons since his move from Real Madrid in the 2018/2019 season.
The owner of the number eight jersey at Chelsea has appeared 221 times in all competitions with a score of six goals and 15 assists, as reported by Transfermarkt.
With the team based at Stamford Bridge, Kovacic won four trophies consisting of the Europa League (2018/2019), Champions League (2020/2021), UEFA Super Cup (2021/2022), and Club World Cup (2022).
