JABAR EKSPRES – Stocks on the French bourse ended higher on Tuesday (6/13/2023) trading local time, recording gains for the second consecutive day, with the benchmark CAC 40 index on the Paris Stock Exchange adding 0.56 percent or 40.45 points to settle at 7,290.80 points.
The CAC 40 index rose 0.52 percent or 37.21 points to 7,250.35 points on Monday (6/12/2023), after dipping 0.12 percent or 9.01 points to 7,213.14 points on Friday (6/9/2023), and lifted 0.27 percent or 19.36 points to 7,222.15 points on Thursday (6/8/2023).
Of the 40 stocks of selected large companies that are components of the CAC 40 index, as many as 30 stocks managed to gain, while 10 other stocks suffered losses.

Teleperformance SE, a customer relationship management services company and creating programs to attract new customers jumped 3.81 percent, becoming the top gainer of the leading stocks or blue chips.
Followed by shares of glass products, high-performance materials and construction materials maker Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA, up 3.11 percent; and electrical device designer and manufacturer Legrand SA, up 2.09 percent.
Meanwhile, Sanofi SA, a pharmaceutical industry company that produces medicines, generics, food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices suffered the most losses (top loser) among the leading stocks, with its share price slipping 1.15 percent.
Followed by shares of French multinational telecommunications company with 266 million subscribers worldwide Orange SA, which fell 0.98 percent; and companies offering construction services, developing real estate, mobile communications services, television programs and films, and managing utilities Bouygues SA lost 0.86 percent.
