JABAR EKSPRES – Descendant player Elkan Baggott has joined the training center (TC) or training camp in Surabaya City, East Java, ahead of the FIFA Matchday match against Palestine.
It appears that Elkan Baggott, who plays with English club Cheltenham Town FC, has followed the direction of coach Shin Tae-yong at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium in Surabaya.
Apart from Baggott, national team player who plays in the Malaysian League with Sabah FC, Saddil Ramdani, has also practiced with his colleagues who have joined earlier.
Meanwhile, Indonesian national team manager Sumardji on the sidelines of team training said a number of players who had not joined would come on June 12, 2023.
“On the 12th morning everything will gather here, such as players who have careers abroad such as Pratama Arhan and Asnawi Mangkualam,” he said.

“For players from Makassar because there are still matches and outside of my authority, I can’t do anything but because they are still playing. So physically, they are still good and can play immediately,” he said.
The South Korean coach also hopes that all players who have been summoned can immediately recover their physical condition, especially those who are still on long holidays or who are at the club.
“The obstacle is still in the physical players, hopefully they will recover quickly because they are out of the long holiday and some are still at their clubs, I ask for understanding,” he said.
