Worship Consultant Urges Pilgrims to Focus on The Peak of Hajj

JABAR EKSPRES – The worship consultant of the Mecca Daker of the Saudi Arabia PPIH reminded pilgrims to focus on the peak of the Hajj implementation, namely the Armuzna procession (Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina).

“The Armuzna procession requires extraordinary physical readiness because activities will be carried out on foot for many kilometers,” said Hajj Consultant of PPIH Saudi Arabia, KH Kartono in Sector 11, Misfalah area, Mecca, Saudi Arabia, Monday (6/6).

Wukuf in Arafat will be held on 9 Dhul Hijjah or predicted on June 27, 2023.

Kartono appealed to elderly, sick and disabled pilgrims not to force themselves with burdensome sunnah services.

“Worship does not have to be at the Grand Mosque, it can be at the hotel or even at the nearest mosque because by law the entire holy land of Mecca means the Grand Mosque,” Kartono said.

Kartono added that elderly pilgrims do not need to force themselves to perform voluntary Umrah, but for healthy pilgrims, they can perform voluntary Umrah at the Grand Mosque.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Worship Guidance Section of the Mecca Daker, Zulkarnain Nasution, said that the presence of consultants and worship guides can be maximized by pilgrims in understanding the hajj rituals.

“To make it easier for pilgrims, this worship consultation service is designed to be done offline and online,” said Zulkarnain.

The existence of consultants and worship guides can be maximized by pilgrims in understanding the hajj rituals.

The consultation service is to increase the understanding of pilgrims in the process of organizing the Hajj pilgrimage and is expected to be able to carry it out independently.
