JABAR EKSPRES –The City Government (Pemkot) of Mojokerto, East Java, has again made achievements at the national level, namely winning four categories of awards at once, in the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Award 2023.
Mojokerto Mayor Ika Puspitasari in a statement received in Mojokerto on Wednesday explained that the award was announced by the State Personnel Agency (BKN) at the National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) of BKN Personnel in 2023 with the theme “Talent Management 2030: Smart, Agile, and Empathy” in Bandung.
For this achievement, he called it a “special gift” because the award was given close to the momentum of Mojokerto City Anniversary.
“Alhamdulillah, this award is also one of the special gifts ahead of the 105th anniversary of Mojokerto City in June 2023,” said the mayor who is familiarly called Ning Ita.
Through this award, her party also realizes that as Mojokerto City ages, the commitment of services provided to the community must also be better. Which must be supported by optimal ASN management.
“This award proves that the Mojokerto City Government has made serious and successful efforts to implement ASN management, including the utilization of ASN digital services. And hopefully in the future it can continue to be improved,” he said.
Regarding the details of the awards achieved, including the 1st rank award for two types of categories at the small Type City Government level. Namely the Competency Development Category and the Personnel Needs and Mutation Planning Category.
Next, Mojokerto City Government also won an award for the Main Category of Best ASN Management NSPK Implementation. As well as, 4th place in the Category of Implementation of Data Utilization-Information Systems and CAT at the small type city government level.
