JABAR EKSPRES — Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, and Transportation Minister, Budi Karya Sumadi, took the train to monitor the return flow at Tanah Abang Station, Manggarai Station and Senen Station on Sunday (30/4).

“Alhamdulillah, the process of people from homecoming back to Jakarta is relatively safe. There are no significant problems. It’s all because of the synergy of cooperation and support from the Polda, TNI and also the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government,” Heru said.

Heru said, there is a plan in the future to reorganize the environment around the stations that have been passed in the station review activity.

“As has been conveyed by the Minister of Transportation, in the future we will rearrange the environment around several stations,” he said in a press conference held at Senen Station, Central Jakarta.

The stations to be reorganized include Jatinegara Station, Manggarai Station and Tanah Abang Station.

Transportation Minister, Budi Karya Sumadi, also said that so far, the people’s return journey has been running smoothly.

Budi continued, the arrangement of Tanah Abang Station will be attempted to be completed in December 2023.
