UI Receives Rp5 billion International Funding from Germany

The implementation of this activity also collaborates with several universities that are members of the Indonesian Alliance of Medical Physics Education Institutions and the Indonesian Medical Physicists Alliance. KBI Medical Physics and Biophysics has been part of the Department of Physics FMIPA UI since 1998 with the establishment of the specialization of Medical Physics and Biophysics in the Physics undergraduate study program.

Special attention to advanced education in the field of Medical Physics was shown by the opening of the Medical Physics specialization in the Physics Masters program in 2002.

Previously, in 2021 it was transformed into the first and only Master of Medical Physics study program in Indonesia. The involvement of international funding from DAAD strengthens FMIPA’s academic internationalization commitment by adding to the line of international cooperation for academic quality development.
