Eid Holiday 2023: Bank Optimizes ATM and Mobile Banking

JABAR EKSPRES — Bank Kalsel optimizes its network of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and “mobile banking” (AKSEL) to serve cash withdrawal or deposit transactions during the Eid holiday 2023.

Acting President Director of Bank Kalsel, Fachrudin in Banjarmasin, Wednesday (19/4), reminded all customers to optimize the use of “mobile banking AKSEL by Bank Kalsel” to access the use of Bank Kalsel’s digital products.

Through AKSEL by Bank Kalsel mobile banking, Fachrudin said customers can use overbooking transaction facilities or payment of various bills such as water, electricity, telephone, land and building tax, vehicle tax and other needs.

“By using AKSEL by Bank Kalsel, all transactions can be done in the palm of your hand, anywhere and anytime easily, safely, and comfortably,” said Fachrudin.

Furthermore, Fachrudin said that Bank Kalsel is committed to providing the best service and ensuring that all services can run optimally during the Eid moment, so that all customers can share happiness with the closest people.

The management of Bank Kalsel also said that it would not operate temporarily during the long Lebaran holiday or Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijri on April 19-25, 2023.

This includes services at all Sub-Branch Offices (KCP), Duta Mall Outlets, and Banjarbaru Syariah KCP at Q-Mall Banjarbaru, which in fact is a “Weekend Banking” service.

In addition, Fachrudin revealed that Bank Kalsel operated last in Ramadan on Tuesday, then opened services on Wednesday (26/4).

Facing Ramadan and Lebaran 1444 H, Bank Kalsel prepared cash funds amounting to Rp1.33 trillion, to serve the withdrawal needs of customers on the last day before the long Lebaran holiday.

Meanwhile, to anticipate service disruptions during the Eid holiday, customers are asked to contact Bank Kalsel’s call center via 0800 1122 000.
