JABAR EKSPRES — Ahead of Eid al-Fitr, GoSend, an on-demand logistics service from Gojek, is strengthening its services through a variety of new features to facilitate delivery needs.
Gojek’s Head of Marketing Logistics, Theresia Nadya, said that the strengthening of the service was carried out to keep up with the increase in shipping demand in the month of Ramadan every year. Internal data shows that the third and fourth weeks of Ramadan are the busiest weeks for Gojek and GoBox services.
“Along with the increase in demand for delivery in the month of Ramadan every year, GoSend also ensures service readiness through a variety of innovative features that are expected to make it easier for users and social sellers, especially for shipments in large quantities,” Theresia said through an official statement received by ANTARA on Friday.

Here are some features presented by Gojek during Ramadan and ahead of Eid.
Draft Order and Save Address Features
With Draft Order and Save Address, users can save up to five draft orders in GoSend and save up to 20 destination addresses and categorize the address as personal or business.
The feature is available in Gojek application version 4.64 or above.
Multi Delivery Feature
The feature allows delivery to be more practical and efficient. With one message, users can immediately send to up to five addresses at once.
GoCorp GoSend
With GoCorp GoSend, online businesses can record logistics cost administration properly through a dashboard and get monthly invoicing options and easy registration with just a credit card.
GoSend Intercity
This feature allows out-of-town delivery up to a day with flat shipping rates according to package size, namely small (1-2 kilograms) and large (up to 5 kilograms). Areas covered include Jadetabek, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Malang, and Sidoarjo.
