JABAR EKSPRES — A foreign national (WNA) who is also a former Indonesian Liga 1 player with the initials WCA (37) and his family were deported by the Kediri Class II Immigration Office, East Java, for overstaying for 90 days.

“The foreigner is a former soccer player in Liga 1 who no longer has a club because his contract has expired with PSIS Semarang. Because he did not get a new contract so that he overstayed, WCA reported himself to the Kediri Immigration Office. The Directorate General of Immigration repatriated WCA along with his wife and three children through Soekarno Hatta International Airport on Thursday morning.

WCA was repatriated by Qatar Airlines QR 955 on the Jakarta-Doha, Qatar route, and continued on to Brazil. His departure from Kediri to Jakarta was escorted by Immigration Intelligence and Enforcement officers (Inteldakim) of the Kediri Immigration Office in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures.

“Because the person concerned did not have the money, finally WCA and his family were deported at the expense of the Brazilian Embassy,” Denny said.
