JABAR EKSPRES — Chris Hemsworth returns to play the character Tyler Rake to carry out a dangerous mission featured in the latest teaser trailer video of the film “Extraction 2”, quoting a press statement received by Indonesia Window here on Tuesday.
The movie is a continuation of the action movie Extraction (2020). Tyler is a black market mercenary whose previous mission was to save the son of a drug syndicate kingpin from kidnapping.

This time, Tyler’s mission in “Extraction 2” is to rescue a family of Georgian bandits from the prison where they are held captive.
The “Extraction 2” teaser video released on Monday (3/4) local time shows footage of the fight scene in the prison as Tyler tries to free the prisoners. In the midst of the chaos, the captive is grabbed and a hard blow lands on Tyler’s head.
Tyler’s mind drifts back nine months to when he was in critical condition during a previous rescue attempt. When he regained consciousness, Tyler seemed to fight with anyone who got in his way, including shooting down a helicopter from the top of an oncoming train.

The story of “Extraction” is based on the graphic novel “Ciudad” by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, and illustrations by Fernando Leon Gonzalez. “Extraction 2” is scheduled to air on June 16 on Netflix.
The second “Extraction” movie reunites Hemsworth with director Sam Hargrave and producers the Russo Brothers. The movie also again features Golshifteh Farahani who plays her role as in the first movie.
Not only the old-timers, this latest movie will also feature new cast members such as Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, and Tinatin Dalakishvili.
