Celebrating the 78th Indonesian Independence Day, Ganara Art and TMII Present an Art Park

Developing analog and digital forms, Ganara Art Village specifically dedicates one building named the Digital Art Gallery.

Visitors will experience a futuristic natural space show that accommodates creative expression and is interactive. The Digital Art Exhibition “Beyond Canvas” is themed Revolutionary Road to reflect the spirit of Indonesia’s independence movement.

“I hope this exhibition can inspire visitors to reflect on the meaning of independence and celebrate the achievements of the Indonesian nation. I also hope that this exhibition can be a bridge between NFT artists and artists who have never ventured into NFT,” said Amelia as Initiator and Lead Project of Beyond Canvas organized by IDNFT in collaboration with Ganara Art and Xellar.

Amelia believes that the exhibition can show the world that NFTs can be used to create beautiful and meaningful art, and can co-exist with traditional art forms.

“This exhibition will hopefully help artists to try NFTs and create a more inclusive art community,” says Claudia.

After a limited inauguration on August 14, 2023, Ganara Art Village will then open to the public on August 15, 2023.

Celebrating the inauguration, a variety of promo classes and art installations have been prepared, packaged under the headlines Picnic at Ganara Art Village and Pose, Post, and Play. Pose, Post, and Play is a challenge for visitors to take a photo in a predetermined location and will get a free 45-minute All Day Art Activity class session and of course the work can be taken home by participants.

Not to forget, visitors can take part in typical 17-an competitions free of charge. Attractive prizes have been prepared for the winners. In addition, there are also workshop classes aimed at adults and children.

Entering September, visitors can join regularly scheduled classes as well as special workshops from Ganara Teachers and artists that will facilitate participants to learn in-depth art techniques. Workshops will come in a variety of themes and mediums, ranging from pottery, iron, wood, glass, to leather and fabric.
