To gain a diversity of perspectives on the research, the study team conducted interviews with several parties ranging from ministries to startup founders.
“The researchers dialogued with ministry officials, incubator managers, and startup founders, as well as financiers and others,” said ADB Principal Economist Paul Vandenberg, one of the report’s authors.
