JABAR EKSPRES – Personnel of the Tebing Tinggi Police Narcotics Investigation Unit (Resnarkoba) arrested a man who is a state-owned enterprise employee who uses methamphetamine in Bandar Betsy I Village, Bandar Huluan District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
The perpetrator with the initials LA (44) has an address in Bandar Betsy I Village, Bandar Huluan District, Simalungun Regency.
Public Relations Section of Tebing Tinggi Police AKP Agus Arianto, Sunday, said the perpetrator was secured by officers on Friday (6/9) at around 12.00 WIB, in Bandar Betsy I Village, Simalungun Regency.
Agus said personnel secured evidence of one packet of white paper containing seeds, twigs and dried leaves suspected of marijuana with a gross weight of 2.41 grams and a net weight of 0.65 grams.

“Then one pyrex glass, three plastic pipettes and one plastic bottle cap, one Samsung brand black Android cellphone, and one black Nokia brand cellphone,” Agus said.
He said the Tebing Tinggi Police Drug Unit personnel arrested Kusmayadi on Friday (6/9) at around 07.30 WIB, on Jalan H. Djuanda, Karya Jaya Village, Rambutan District, Tebing Tinggi City.
During the arrest, evidence was confiscated in the form of three transparent plastic clip packs containing white crystal powder suspected to be methamphetamine.
“Three packs of transparent plastic clips containing white crystal powder suspected to be methamphetamine were received from LA,” he said.
The Public Relations Section added that the officers then carried out development and managed to arrest LA, in Bandar Betsy I Village, Simalungun Regency.
“The perpetrator is suspected of violating Article 114 paragraph (1) Subs Article 112 paragraph (1) Subs Article 111 paragraph (1) Jo Article 132 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics,” Agus explained.
