Exco PSSI: Indonesia vs Palestine Tickets Sold Out

JABAR EKSPRES – Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) Exco Arya Sinulingga said tickets for the FIFA Matchday match between Indonesia and Palestine at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium (GBT) Surabaya on June 14 have been sold out.

“The tickets are sold out from the predetermined quota of 40,000 tickets sold out, the interest of Surabaya residents is extraordinary for football,” Arya Sinulingga said, Sunday.

For this reason, the man who also serves as Special Staff (Staffsus) III of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) also thanked all residents of Surabaya and its surroundings who had purchased tickets for the match.

According to him, with the ticket sold out in Surabaya, it can be concluded that in the future the national team match does not have to be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK) Jakarta but can be in other cities that have high interest.

“So it doesn’t have to be at GBK. Currently in Surabaya and maybe in the future it can be in other cities because the public interest in watching football is high,” said the man born in Kabanjahe, North Sumatra.

“They arrived in Surabaya this morning, which means what, this is an honor for us, that Palestine, which is above us, ranked, is pleased to be present in Indonesia,” said Arya.

Arya explained that the Palestinian national team, nicknamed Al Fida’i, came to Indonesia with the main squad.

“We must be proud and be able to learn from them because they are above our national team, so we must maximize this match,” he said.

Therefore, with all tickets sold at GBT, Arya hopes that the Indonesian national team can play optimally by presenting a good match.
