Beat Inter Milan in Champions League Final, Manchester City Win Treble Winners

JABAR EKSPRES – Manchester City successfully won the treble winners after beating Inter Milan with a score of 1-0 in the Champions League final at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium, Istanbul, Turkey, Sunday (6/11) early morning WIB.

Manchester City’s victory over Inter Milan came thanks to a goal scored by Rodri in the second half, according to Champions League records.

This is Manchester City’s first Champions League title after failing to become champions in the previous two years after being defeated by Chelsea in the final.

In this match Manchester City recorded dominating the game by recording 56 percent possession, but Inter were superior in providing threats by releasing 14 kicks, six of which were on target.

Manchester City took the initiative to attack first and had threatened through Haaland’s shot which was still able to be cleared by Andre Onana.

Then it was Kevin De Bruyne’s turn to threaten with a powerful shot which Onana was able to secure.

In the second half Inter had a golden opportunity through Lautaro Martinez’s shot, but the ball was cleared by Ederson Moraes.

Manchester City were finally able to take the lead in the 68th minute thanks to a shot from Rodri so the score changed to 1-0.

One goal behind, Inter immediately reacted and threatened through an effort by Federico Dimarco, but his header still hit the crossbar.

Then it was Romelu Lukaku’s turn to threaten, but his shot was still secured by Ederson.

Towards the end of the second half, Inter had two golden opportunities through Lukaku’s header and Robin Gosens, but both efforts resulted in a 1-0 score for Manchester City’s advantage.
