“Farmers who are entitled to receive this subsidized fertilizer allocation can only redeem subsidized fertilizer at official kiosks that have been determined to serve local farmer groups. In addition, farmers who can also be registered in the e-Alocation, previously known as the definitive plan of group needs (RDKK),” Agus said.
