JABAR EKSPRES – LALIGA launched a brand-new logo to represent the evolution they have experienced over the past 10 years in order to become bigger, more international and reach more people than ever before.
In an official statement on Monday (6/5), LALIGA unveiled the new logo and strategic positioning under the slogan ‘The Power of our Futbol’ which means “The Power of Our Football”.
LALIGA’s Head of Global Brand and Strategy, Angel Fernandez, said for the past 10 years they have taken the responsibility to inspire people through the positive values of their sport.
“Something we demonstrate consistently through our clubs, our fans, and the entire ecosystem of competitions and related activities,” Angel said.
“This new brand is a symbol of this change, a representation of ‘The Power of our Futbol’ with which we want to reaffirm the pride of being part of a competition that inspires us all and helps us grow as people and as a society,” he continued.
Furthermore, taking into account the context of features, logos and colors, the brand that was previously written LaLiga is now changed to LALIGA which is written as one word in all capital letters.

A word that represents ‘The Power of our Futbol’ and highlights the pride of being a league that abides by the rules, is responsible in society, and fights to end discrimination.
The new brand logo is represented by the initials “LL” and the selection of the logo is related to two important moments on and off the pitch that represent the passion of soccer.
LALIGA’s new corporate color is coral (Pantone Red 032C), which symbolizes the pride, passion, energy and excitement of football.
Furthermore, the new visual identity will impact not only the 42 clubs that make up LALIGA, but the more than 185 million users of the digital space, including fans.
