JABAR EKSPRES –Game developer and publisher Garena announced the collaboration between Free Fire and the movie “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” which will be coming soon through a series of special content.
The collaboration will bring various in-game items, special Spider-Verse Card Collection events, and special maps inspired by the film, starting June 2, 2023.
“Spider-ManTM is one of the most iconic Superheroes in the world and his presence has captivated many fans around the world, including Free Fire players. We are very happy to be working together in a collaboration that will bring unique experiences to players and fans,” said Garena Free Fire producer Harold Teo, quoted from a written statement, Friday (5/26).
The collaboration comes on the same date as the premiere of the movie “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” in theaters.
“With fans all over the world, this collaboration with Garena and this game will provide a fun way for Spider-Verse fans to interact with Spider-ManTM the friendly neighborhood,” said EVP Global Partnership & Brand Management and Head of Location Based Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Jerey Godsick.

The crossover project will bring the main characters of the Spider-ManTM movie, Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen Stacy, and Spider-Man 2099, into the world of this game with Kelly, Shirou, and Maxim.
Their presence in the world of Free Fire will bring the spirit of courage and unity and invite Survivors (as Free Fire players are called) to become Superheroes in their own way.
“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” will be present in the Free Fire game starting June 2, 2023 through changes in airplane skins and billboards in the game.
In addition, there will be a special Card Collection event “SPIDER-MAN ACROSS THE DIMENSIONS” which will last until June 18, 2023. Through this event, Survivors who are able to complete the mission will get the grand prize of a special Spider-Man emote for free.
