The consumer expectations index and income expectations index amounted to 144.17 points and 149.17 points respectively, higher than the previous quarter of 142.56 points and 148.8 points.
Furthermore, government consumption also experienced higher growth of 2.15 percent (yoy) in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the fourth quarter of 2022 of 1.05 percent (yoy).
“This growth was driven by an increase in the realization of personnel expenditure and goods expenditure from the APBD and APBN budgets,” he also said.
