“Maybe they (travelers) still want to be in their hometowns because their children are still on school holidays,” said Anwar.

He added that the majority of passengers who arrived at Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal occurred in the early morning. Passengers can rent lodging facilities at the terminal to rest before continuing their journey to their respective homes.

“For passengers who arrive early in the morning and will continue their journey in the morning, they can rent lodging that we provide, which is relatively cheap at only Rp15,000 with air-conditioned rooms and toilets,” he said.

He appealed to passengers to maintain health protocols and protect their luggage and continue to prioritize their safety.

“During the Eid Al-Fitr 2023 period, both the homecoming and return flows, there were no incidents of lost items or criminality, Alhamdulillah, conducive,” he said.
