– Develop strategies to achieve customer targets lead the After
– Lead the After Sales Service in delivery of the short term and long term strategic Deliver a profitable after sales service
– Work with the parts department
QUALIFICATION
-Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience related in the field
– Min. Bachelor Degree all major
– GPA min. 3.25
– Ability to convince customers
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
2. LOKER MT SERVICE DEPARTMENT HEAD
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Manage and oversee the service department’s day-to-day operations
– Develop and implement policies
– Plan and coordinate service activities Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality services
– Evaluate the department’s performance and implement improvements
QUALIFICATION
– Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical & electrical engineering
– GPA min. 3.25
– Fresh graduate or 2 years maximum
