Layanan Darurat termasuk penggantian ban, perbaikan ban mobil listrik, penyediaan battery jumper, serta gratis 5 liter bensin saat kendaraan kehabisan bahan bakar. Layanan ini tersedia di 34 kota besar di Indonesia mengikuti jam operasional dealer.

Selain itu, terdapat juga layanan darurat 24 Jam Hyundai Mobile Charging. Layanan ini diberikan untuk pengisian daya tambahan hingga 10 kWh dengan metode vehicle to vehicle fast charging untuk mobil listrik yang kehabisan daya listrik di tengah perjalanan. (a1)
