JABAR EKSPRES – South Korean idol Dongwoon Highlight came with happy news by announcing his marriage.
This news was revealed through a letter written directly and shared on his Instagram account.
Dongwoon Highlight will marry his girlfriend who is not from among the artists. They will get married in September.
“To LIGHTs. Hello. This is Dongwoon Highlight. It’s been a long time since I left a handwritten letter like this. It’s probably out of the blue. I’m very nervous and cautious even now because I know this could surprise you guys and also make you sad. I ventured to write this because I wanted to be the first to tell you,” Dongwoon Highlight stated in the letter, Tuesday, June 27, 2023.

“Thankfully, I met someone who really understood me and showed a lot of concern for me. At some point, I started to think that I want to spend my future with her, so, we will have a wedding this September,” he continued quoting Allkpop.
Dongwoon’s wedding will be held in private and will only invite family to the closest relatives.
“Since he is not someone who is in the same industry as me, we will hold our wedding quietly with only family and close acquaintances. I’m really sorry that I had no choice but to keep quiet about this all this time and for not being able to tell you,” Dongwoon continued.
He also expressed his gratitude to fans who have supported his decision to get married.
“I also thank the Highlight members who always encourage me and believe in me. I will not forget this gratitude and work harder than I have until now. I will repay everyone’s love by working my best in my position as Dongwoon Highlight. Thank you for reading this awkward post until the end,” he concluded.
