As of 11:00 a.m., Kalpika said, LB had placed the packages in dozens of locations. However, when he was about to stick methamphetamine on Jalan Pulau Roti, Gang Beruang, Sesetan, LB was arrested by South Denpasar Police officers thanks to reports from the public who suspected the movements of the perpetrator.
“When searched, a crackle package and seven packages of methamphetamine were found in the suspect’s bag. When questioned by officers, the perpetrator admitted that he had practiced his profession as a methamphetamine sticker five times,” said Kalpika.
For his actions, according to him, suspect LB was charged with Article 114 paragraph 2 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics with a minimum prison sentence of six years.
