“The modus operandi of the five suspects is to sell, buy, mediate in the sale and purchase, exchange, hand over, or receive class I narcotics such as marijuana, hashish and cocaine,” said Panco.
For these actions, the five suspects were charged with Article 114 paragraph (1), Article 111 paragraph (1) and Article 112 paragraph (2) of Indonesian Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a maximum imprisonment of 20 years.
