The proposal was submitted to help the community because the cost of chemotherapy is quite expensive. Moreover, around 90 percent of patients who come so far are BPJS Health participants.
“If BPJS is not allowed, then it will not be paid. Pity the patient. The average cost is Rp50 million to Rp100 million because of the package system. One patient can have four packages,” said Sutriso.
Since its inauguration, there have been general patients who utilize chemotherapy services, namely one to two people in one month. Most patients are breast cancer patients.
“Alhamdulillah, starting June 1, God willing, we can already serve, so there is no need to go to Palangka Raya, Banjarmasin, or other areas. Hopefully, this can help our community,” Sutriso said.
