“It’s better to prepare more funds and time, make plans for where to stay, think about what favorite restaurant to eat at, because when we think about holidays or fun things like that our psyches tend to be happier and less stressed,” she said.

Ella recounts that she was one of the victims of the Brexit (Brebes Exit) Toll Road congestion in 2016.

“At that time, my family and I decided to rest in Pekalongan and leave again the next day, it turned out that entering Tegal was jammed beyond measure, and the prediction of a maximum of five hours to reach Kuningan was just wishful thinking,” she said.

Ella said that at that time many victims died. This case can be a lesson in the importance of maintaining psychological as well as physical condition when going home to arrive safely and securely at the destination.

“When you don’t take care of your condition, your emotions can be ignited, as a result you can quarrel with other people, grab each other, and the most dangerous thing is when your emotions have risen, then take the vehicle speeding, it can cause harm, such as accidents or criticizing other people. Therefore, we need to keep our emotions in check,” said Ella.
